Nine Years of Science, Commitment, and Law A Celebration of the FAE Law Review — RDF

Nine years ago, an academic dream was born: to build a plural, rigorous, and accessible space for quality legal debate. Today, with the publication of its 10th edition, the FAE Law Review — RDF reaps the fruits of a journey marked by dedication, perseverance, and a deep love for the science of Law.

This is no ordinary milestone. It is the result of years of quiet, passionate work: editors who believed, reviewers who committed, authors who trusted, and an institution — FAE Centro Universitário — that never stopped betting on the production of knowledge as a path toward a more just society.

The consolidation of the journal found its most expressive recognition with the achievement of the B2 rating in Qualis Periódicos, as assessed in the last quadrennial evaluation of the Sucupira Platform. This classification is not merely a number — it is the validation of a serious editorial proposal, of a scientific standard that RDF pursued with determination from its very first pages.

True to the Franciscan spirit that inspires FAE, the Journal was born with a mission that goes beyond academia: to democratize access to legal knowledge, to debate social inclusion, to strengthen citizenship, and to offer the world — freely and at no cost — reflections that matter. Through its lines of research — Human Rights and Citizenship, Legal Dogmatics and Zethetics in Contemporary Times, and Law, Technology, and Judicial Efficiency — RDF found the balance between tradition and innovation, between scientific rigor and human sensitivity.

The tenth edition arrives as a celebration. And it is with deep honor and gratitude that we acknowledge each and every author, researcher, professor, and student who, over these nine years, lent their intelligence, their time, and their voice to this project. Without them, there would be no journal — only an empty platform. With them, we built a legacy.

May this edition be more than a publication. May it be a landmark. And may the coming years bring even more science, more diversity of voices, and more impact for Brazilian and international Law.

To the FAE Law Review, to its authors, and to all who believed: thank you. The best is yet to come.
