Editorial

Abstract

It is with great pleasure that we bring the FAE Law Magazine - RDF to the national scientific community. The journal is the result of the desire to promote the publication of writings committed to social issues and the discussion of law as an element of culture, citizenship, social inclusion and democratization of knowledge.
This first edition featured articles by professors, students and graduates of FAE - Centro Universitário, in a meeting of efforts to achieve this much desired project.
The works are of great quality and deal with the most diverse topics of law, from issues pertaining to Criminal Law and its function, International Criminal Law, Neo-constitutionalism, social inclusion through the reading of religions of African matrix, Labor Law and Process, General Theory of Law, Civil Procedure and new technologies for the Law, all dialoguing with justice and citizenship.
We would like to thank all those who embraced this idea, with special gratitude to the coordinator of the Curitiba Law Course, Karlo Messa Vettorazzi and the other members of the editorial committee, Marion Bach and Cleonice Bastos Pompermayer, and Professor Fernando Schumak Melo for all the efforts in the making editorial guidelines.
We are also grateful to the FAE - Centro Universitário Franciscano, who exemplify this example with the youth and determination, so necessary for the construction of a fairer right and a better Brazil.
Finally, we give thanks to FAE - Centro Universitário, an institution open to new initiatives and projects, a place that allows and instigates reflection and improvement of its employees and students, always seeking the excellence of the human being.
