Abstract

Student engagement is by far the most complicated component to the successful application of active learning. Obtaining this engagement in heavier, seemingly more pragmatic, and less flexible disciplines to formulate differentiated teaching activities require a even more creativity and willing teacher. The present work brings some models of games capable of obtaining such engagement of students leading them in a light and fun way through the most dense subjects of the Civil Procedure.
